French musician and composer Franck Vigroux is a versatile artist whose work covers a wide spectrum from electroacoustic and experimental electronic music to contemporary composition, improvisation, radio pieces, avant rock, often integrating new media and performing arts.
He performs both solo and with other fellow artists. He collaborated, among others with Elliott Sharp, Zeena Parkins, Mika Vainio, Reinhold Friedl (Zeitkratzer). He collaborates with the following labels: Raster Noton, DAC Records, Leaf Label, Cosmos Rhythmic and our native Monotype Rec.
He directs interdisciplinary performances and audiovisual concerts. Co-creates with visual artists: Antoine Schmitt and Kurt d’Haeseleer. Since 2009, he has been associated with Compagnie D’autres Cordes – a production agency dealing with the performing arts.
